Customers must contact VSTU via official channels (email or social media) before returning items to confirm stock availability.
Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt (Thailand domestic orders).
Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
