1. Payment term 

• Payments may be made via approved methods (credit card, debit card, e-wallets, bank transfer, if any) 
• VSTu reserves the right to withhold or delay payments if fraudulent activity is suspected. 

2. Shipping Policy

• Ready-to-ship items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). 
  
• Pre-order items: Dispatched according to the timeline stated on the product page.
• Combined orders (Ready-to-ship + Pre-order): The entire order will follow the Pre-order schedule.
