Refund Policy 

 

1.  Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange is only applicable for size change of the same product.
  • Customers must contact VSTU via official channels (email or social media) before sending the item, to confirm stock availability.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact. 
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of receipt (for domestic Thailand orders).
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost in case of size exchange.

2. Eligibility for Return/Refund

  • Return/refund is only applicable for defective or incorrect items.
  • Customers must provide unboxing video proof clearly showing the defect/wrong item at the time of opening the package.
  • VSTU will cover the return shipping cost for approved defective/incorrect cases.
  • If the item is out of stock, customers may choose either:
    • Replacement with another item, or 
    • Full refund. 

3. Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items 

  • Pre-order, Sale, Special Collaboration, and Limited Edition items. 
  • Any product that does not meet the conditions stated in Section 1 and 2.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in the following cases: 
    • Product is defective or incorrect, and no replacement is available. 
    • VSTU is unable to fulfill the confirmed order. 
  • Refund processing time: 7–14 business days after confirmation from VSTU.

5. Product-Specific Terms 

  • Pre-order items: strictly non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable (unless defective or incorrect).
  • Special conditions may apply as stated on individual product pages.
