• Exchange applies only to size changes of the same product.
• Customers must contact VSTU via official channels (email or social media) before returning items to confirm stock availability.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receipt (Thailand domestic orders).
• Return shipping costs for size exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
